Video formats – converting the video files to reduce video data.
 E.g. MPEG1, 2, 4 and JPEG etc.

Streaming – means you don’t have to download the file to your computer to be able to watch the movies.

File compression – you can reduce the overall number of bits and bytes in a file so it can be transfer faster over slower internet connection.

Aspect ratio 4:3, 16:9 – it is the ratio of the width and the height. Example 4:3 standard screen/ 16:9 wide screen.

Frame rates – is refers to how many frames a camcorder will capture per second. E.g. 25 frames can capture per second.
